27. Visible Disappearance

It’s so natural to be thirsty,
Can one quench it when it’s all frosty?
Or, may be it’s all sand dunes
Can one quench it with their shines?

A hunter too is sometimes lost;
When in thirst, does depend on the forest,
Feeds a monkey a salt tablet
To follow it to a pond or a rivulet.

It is this natural source of water
That quenches the thirst with real matter;
However one runs after and chases its source,
Sympathy is still a mirage that vanishes with no trace!

It’s a phenomenon of light,
A ‘no product’ of a different element;
This realisation stops the chase,
If not, it’s a labyrinth, a menacing maze!

Childhood, youth and middle age are keen stages of learning. I believe, the unlearning is a way to learn as we move forward from here, just as a satellite would detach itself from a few components to reach its destination. In this process, we might leave a few footsteps! Hence the effort to store a few ideas in English, Telugu and Hindi.
